Hi, I'm Glenda! I borrowed the name from The Wizard of Oz. I learned to read when I was four years old and I've been enamored with stories ever since. I love studying the topics of fiction writing and figuring out what makes a great story, which I apply to a larger fantasy novel that I'm working on. I read a lot of classics; a lot of people think they're tough sometimes, and they are, but I think they're great for enriching my vocabulary and learning to develop deeper plots. My favorite books are The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Sherlock Holmes, Little Dorrit, Johnny Tremaine, Sense and Sensibility, The Moonstone, and Ella Enchanted (thought that's not so much a classic haha). My favorite authors are J.R.R. Tolkien and Charles Dickens.

Some more about me--I love coffee (with milk, I'm not a black coffee person) and dark chocolate. I keep a few hobby farm animals (mostly ducks), and I hope to be a published author one day.
