"Billy, go to the office!" Mrs. Ramirez screamed at me. I didn't get the problem. All I did was accidentally mix the wrong chemicals together. Okay, so it might have caused an explosion, so what? This is school. Aren't we supposed to make mistakes?

"Fine." I roll my eyes and walk out of the classroom. How could this day get any worse? First, I'm late for school, and almost forgot my notes for a super important test. Then, I get made fun of when the teacher gets on me for being late. I've always been the weird kid, but this is another level. No one's ever openly laughed at me, they all have had the decency to talk behind my back. Regardless, I take the opportunity to skip class altogether and hide in the bathroom. Not that I'm scared of the other kids or anything, I just...don't like school.
