Chapter 11: Slaves

They say that they are
preparing you for your life
in all that they do
but when you look ‘round
you see that that is not true
and that raises questions
you want to ask them
yet you somehow hold it back
still their words lack sense
If I won’t need this skill
then am I ready for life
or simply for you
If success you want
then success you should now raise
not simply your slaves
If slaves you desire
then slaves you already have
the slaves that you trained
And yet be forewarned
that if you have slaves for now
you won’t be their choice
because when they choose
they are likely to choose love
Which You never showed
What happens next?

Chapter 11: Slaves
Questioning the true purpose of their training and the nature of success, a realization that love cannot be forced.
