Chapter 11: Fighting and Friends

Alexis Fanfiction 7 Jun 2026

Moblit/
I scream into my hands as Erwin grabs more and more books.
"Erwin, can you stop getting books? We don't have enough cards for this!" I say.
"No."
A young boy walks by; he looks around the ages of four to five. Erwin watches him go by. "Hey, you there!"
The boy looks back with a bored face. "Are you talking to me?"
"Yes, you, who else?" Erwin says, stumbling off the ladder he is- was on.
"Well, you could have been talking to those people," the boy says, and chews his lip.
Erwin says. "Oh."
I nudge Erwin and whisper into his ear. "You should go see if he will be friends with you."
"Sure," he says, and runs after him.
Hange bites my leg.
"OW!" I say. "What was that for?!"
She barks at me. "You are a failure, Moblit!"
I cover her mouth and put a finger to my mouth. "Shh!"
She bites my entire hand.
"OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I yelp.
"YAY!"
I punch her in the face.
She bites my nose so hard it breaks and feels like it fell off.
I pass out.
!+!
When I wake up there is an earthquake. Rumble. . .Rumble.
"Hange, do you love me?" I ask.
"What do mean?" she frowns.

Chapter 22: Annoyance ig

Alexis Fanfiction 7 Jun 2026

\Levi/
The boy who stopped me on my way to the CD section follows me down the hall of the library.
I stare at my feet and fist my hands.
I whip around. "Do you need anything?" The words come out a little harsh, but I can't stop myself from being annoyed.
"Want to be friends?" he says.
I stare at him with the most annoyed look on my face. "Seriously?"
"What?"
"That's all you want?" I say and turn around again.
"What's so wrong about that?" he says.
I sit down on the floor and stare at the CDs at the bottom of the shelf and mumble into my hand. "I guess it's just because I've never had. . .Friends."
"THEN LET'S BE FRIENDS!" the boy yells.
"You don't even know my age," I say, looking up at his face.
"Well, I'm six, you?"
"Guess," I say.
"Five," he says, and squints.
"Six," I say, laughing at him for almost getting it right.
"Oh, what's your name? Mine's Erwin!" he says in an excited tone.
"Levi."
"So where do you live?" *Erwin* says.
"None of your business."
"Okay," he says.
I chuckle at him and stand up. "What do you want to do?"

Chapter 33: I read to Levi

Alexis Fanfiction 7 Jun 2026

\Erwin/
"Let's read!" I say.
Levi looks at me strangely. "I. . .Don't know how to. . .Read."
"Then I will read to you!" I say. "Okay?"
"Sure, why not?"
"Okay, so, we have a little bunny book, or the baby watermelon, baby shark, or the baby head who eats people, or the watermelon t-shirt who eats nobody, or the-" Levi interrupts me.
"Okay, that's enough. I think I'd rather take the first option than any of the others," Levi says, and stands on his tiptoes to grab a record.
"Or like I was going to say, K-pop Demon hunters, or just you could pick, so, which one?" I ask.
Levi grabs a random one from a bin and hands it to me. "This one."
"Okay." So I read it to him.
!+!
After I read it to him, I find him asleep, drooling on my shoulder, and I follow suit.
Then I wake up to an earthquake. "Noooooooooooooooo!"
Rumble, rumble.

Alexis Fanfiction 7 Jun 2026

\Hange/
I bite Moblit's head.
He screams in pain. "OWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!"
"Shut up, Moblit!" I yell.
"No," he says.
"If you don't obey me I will eat your head again or you r entire body!" I laugh like a maniac.
"Please don't!" Moblit yells.
I eat him.
He never came back again, and I cackle like a witch.

Chapter 55: Dissolving Into the Hospital

Alexis Fanfiction 3 Jul 2026

Levi/
I stand up off my bed and go to Mom.
"Hello, Levi," Mom says.
I look up at her and see something in her eye that makes me remember something that I need to tell her. "Hey, Mom, can I tell you something?"
"Sure," she says.
"So, um, there's really no way to put this, but, um, the police from Wall Sina, Wall Rose, and Wall Maria are chasing me," I say.
"What, did you say?!" Mom says.
Erwin stocks up the stairs and knocks on the door. I walk over to the door and open it. "Come in."
"I'm here," Erwin says.
"Alright, see you later, Mom," I say, gesturing to the outside.
"Goodbye, Levi," Mom says, and I go with Erwin to Wall Maria. We go to his apartment, and I look over at Erwin.
"We are here, Levi. Welcome to my home," Erwin says, pulling a key out of his pocket and unlocking his apartment.
"This is your apartment?" I say, biting my lip. "Wow, I thought that you would live somewhere. . .Bigger."
"You thought I would live somewhere bigger?" Erwin asks.
I nod. "Yeah, is there something wrong with that?"
He shakes his head. "No, there's nothing wrong with that."
"Good, because I was about to look at you and be like, um, there's nothing wrong with me thinking you would live somewhere better."
"Okay, whatever," Erwin says, going to his room.
I follow him. Two pillows stacked on top of each other, a white and light brown blanket lay messily on the bed. A nightstand next to the head of the bed sits; a lamp sits on it, an empty coffee mug sits on a stack of papers, and a rug under the nightstand. A desk sits in the corner; an open laptop sits on the desk, alongside a pencil and pen holder, and a notebook that is open. A TV hangs above the desk, and a chair sits in front of the desk on another rug. A trash can with garbage falling out of it sits next to the desk. There's a round table, a vase full of almost dead flowers, and one chair sits on two of the sides of the table. A painting is hung above the table. A huge closet sits in the corner, with cracked doors. There's a room to my right. A rug sits on the floor under me, at the door. Then, last but not least, a kitchen is also to my right. Oh, also, there is a mirror hung on the wall next to the painting.
Erwin sits on his bed.
"Why do you have an empty coffee mug on your nightstand?" I ask, annoyed.
"I don't know, so ask my sister," Erwin says.
"You have a sister?" I say, frowning. "Since when?"
"You didn't know?" Erwin asks. "How did you not know that? I told you. . .Oh, never mind, I guess I never told you."
I stare at him with the one face I use all the time. "Yeah, I knew that you never told me."
"Oh, I didn't know that. Okay, so, how'd we get into this conversation? Also, I *love* your shoes. Do you want me to read to you? Or I could make us food," Erwin says.
"Please don't read to me. And we got into this conversation because I asked you why you have an empty coffee mug," I say.
"Oh, right," Erwin says.
I sling my backpack off my shoulder and set it down on the floor next to Erwin's bed and sit next to him. "I like your blanket."
He smiles and rubs it. "Thanks."
"Yeah, sure, whatever."
"So, um, what happened to your family? Do you have any siblings?" Erwin asks, looking at me.
I flush in the face and shake my head rapidly. "No. Zero."
"Oh, okay."
I sigh. "Sorry, I've been acting weirdly lately. I've been. . .Suffering."
"Oh, sorry," Erwin says. "Is there anything I can help you with to fix it?"
"No," I say, looking up at him with a soft smile.
"Okay, sorry I can't help you with anything," he says.
"No! You shouldn't be! I chose not to let you help me!" I say, leaning over him.
