It was a normal day for Thomas well as normal as it could be for a foreigner in Japan, you see just two months ago Thomas moved to Japan for reasons of being a otaku who wants more merch access. this particular day Thomas was dressed in his favorite pink shirt from the magical girl show David. He was looking for a pop up shop, when he stumbled across a maid cafe. he had never been to a maid cafe before so what did he do? Go to the cafe. He walked in and was sat down at a table before being asked what he would like to order. He looked through the menu for a short minute before deciding on ordering a super kawaii hot chocolate and the magical girl pancakes.

He was waiting patiently for his food to come when a maid came with his order. She walked quite steadily as maids do, but then CRASH! she tripped

"AH fiddlesticks" she looked up at Thomas.

"OMG you're so pretty you should become a maid miss."

"uh I'm not a miss." Thomas was confused, what did she mean miss,

"UH wait what"

she picked herself up quite embarrassed

"I'm so sorry sir, Its just"

"Julia stop embarrassing yourself any further!"

the maid who apparently was named Julia scurried away.

some time later Julia came back with the order.

"there you are sir, sorry to bother you but your quite pretty and, WOULD YOU JOIN THE CAFE!"

"huh, w-what!"

"I'm so sorry, its just we are quite a small cafe and want to grow the business."

"well I mean I will have to think about it." Thomas suddenly realized how much he could spend on his oshi if he got another job.

"I will do it!"

Thomas woke up after a dream where him and his Oshi were drinking sprite together, when he remembered that yesterday he got a job, but not just any job he was now working at a maid cafe.

"why did I do that? well I cant get out of it now."

so he got ready and headed towards the maid cafe.

when he arrived Julia was waiting at the entrance in a trench coat, she pulled some papers that were attached to a clipboard out of her pocket as well as a pen.

"here sign this."

Thomas signed the papers.

"Alright now its time to get you your uniform!"

Thomas was given a light pink maid dress with a short dusty pink wig that was styled into pigtails to put on. Then it was time for makeup, Julia turned him into a girly maid with douyin makeup.

"OMG! you look prettier than me Thomas."

Now it was time for him to start his first shift.
