Thanks! This is probably the first story I've written where I didn't really know where it was going. I kind of had this idea where, wouldn't it be neat/funny if one of the usual alien abduction plots ended up being the aliens coming back to earth to pick up some descendants of the Pyramid builders who got left behind thousands of years ago. Then I had the thought 'what if they came back, then realize these descendants are all relative morons so they decide to abandon the project. And now it's taken a completely different turn. But I feel like I still want to keep it alien related. Somehow.

I like the alternating chapters. It keeps the characters from being flat, one dimensional. At least it feels like it for me. We both have different visualizations of each of them in our heads, lol! I didn't even feel I needed to write my own third chapter.

Yeah...I'll do mine along the story line I saw originally and see which gives the story the most interesting path.
